What data do we process?

Yrkesmatchen processes your account name and email address, a securely protected password value, analysed profile information from your CV and cover letter, saved jobs, consent and subscription status. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Original files are analysed temporarily in memory and are not retained.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to create and protect your account and to provide personalised job search and matching. Documents are analysed only after active consent. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

Storage and your rights

You can export your data or delete your account under My profile. You can withdraw consent by deleting your CV and cover letter. Account data and active sessions are removed when you use the deletion function; security logs will then contain no email address.
